  • Junior Research Fellow /01 Post
    • Qualification: First class Master Degree in Horticulture/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding with ASRBNET/ CSIR- NET.
    • Pay Scale : JRF @ Rs.25,000/- + HRA 8% per month for first two years and RS.28,000/- + HRA 8% for third year subject to performance)
    • Project Assistant/ 04 Sikkim University (02) and HVS (02)
    • Qualification:  Graduate Preferably in Life Science/ Agriculture/ Horticulture. Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with prior experience related to project
    • Pay Scale : Rs.12,000

 

  • Field Worker /01Post
    • Qualification: Skill in nursery management, cultivation practices and other farm activities and preferably with the qualification upto VIII Std.
    • Pay Scale : Rs. 7000

  • Research Associate -I (RA-I)/01Post
    • Qualification: PhD degree from UGC-recognized University/ IITs/ National Research Institutes. First class Master Degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture/ Life Science with ASRB-NET/ CSIR NET/GATE, etc.
    • Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in microbiology/ molecular biology/ organic farming, strong interest and background in field Surveying.
    • Pay Scale : Rs. @36,000/- +8% HRA per month

 

  • Junior Research Fellow /H-JRF001 (1 post)
    • Qualification: First class Master Degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture / Life Science with ASRB-NET/ CSIRNET/GATE
    • Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in microbiology/ medicinal plants/ molecular biology/ soil microbiology/ organic farming, strong interest and background in field Surveying.
    • Pay Scale : @ Rs.25,000/- + HRA 8% per month for first two years and RS.28,000/- + HRA 8% for third year subject to performance.

 

  • JRF Horticulture/
    • Title of the project : “Bio-control of fungal disease of large cardamom (Amomum subulatum) using antagonistic microorganism(s)/ botanicals/ indigenous traditional knowledge based formulation”
    • Qualification:  First class Master Degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture / Life Science.
    • Desirable: Experience of working in Large cardamom/ plant pathology/ molecular biology, etc. Experience in organic farming, strong interest and background in field surveying. ASRB-NET/ CSIRNET/ GATE qualified candidate will be preferred.
    • No of Post: 1
    • Pay Scale : @ Rs.16,000/- + HRA Rs. 1800/- per month for first two years and RS.18,000/- + HRA Rs. 1800/- for third year subject to performance.
